Men’s Coaching: One on One
For most men, humility and power are mutually exclusive.
The work I do is based on the principles of The Embodied Man, a third approach to masculinity I helped to develop after more than 15 years of men’s work, work that is still ongoing and unfolding — because the work, after all, is never done.
My coaching is designed specifically for men who are looking to take radical responsibility for their lives and relationships.
Whether you’re struggling with communication, intimacy, finding the right partner, getting enough sex, a lack of purpose, or simply feeling disconnected, I am here to guide you.
If you’re looking to improve your relationships and find your own intelligent, skillful, fully alive, highly relational, emotionally sophisticated, and deeply powerful self, look no further. If you think the problems in your life aren’t caused by you, you’re in the wrong place. True masculinity is a combination of power, humility, clarity, and heart.
Real masculine power comes with being in touch with your heart and your balls. You know these types of men because they’re rare as the most precious of stones.
Working with me will leave you strongly independent yet striving to create interdependent relationships. You’ll be vulnerable but still deeply masculine, strong, powerful, playful, and embodied.
This work is definitely not for everyone, but maybe it’s right for you.

Keith is not afraid to cut with a sharper edge when needed. He takes transformational work out of the therapeutic "safe" container while being guided by heart that shows up big and committed to the deeper awareness that dwells in the core of men. I feel safer around Keith for the reason that he is willing to take risk, willing to say what is unsaid and to deliver it without compromise. His practice as a martial artist and Zen practitioner brings a grounded presence that supports a container in going toward what matters.

I am consistently impressed with Keith’s insight and ability to quickly deepen with men in a way that treads beyond the comfort zone but brings people with him. Keith has a great balance of grounded power and confidence and the capacity to reveal his own vulnerability. I am inspired by his dedication to his own evolution as much as his skill in contributing to the evolution of others.

Keith brings vast and diverse personal experience and insight to his work with men's issues. It's easier to relate to a man's challenge when you have walked a mile in his shoes...and Keith has walked many miles in all manner of shoe and boot.
He'll quietly listen and affirm the story we tell (ourselves and others) about our life and our challenges, and when the moment is right, offer that sniper-like bolt of clarity that cuts through it all to the heart of the issue and provide the light that illuminates the path forward.
He won't admit it at first, but he harbors a deep and abiding idealism...that all beings may be liberated from suffering and live more fully and freely.
Keith Martin Smith is an adept sherpa that can aid in this journey. One only need ask for his guidance.

The thing you need to know about Keith is that he has done and is doing the work himself every day. What does this mean for you? It means that you can expect no judgment, but also that his bullshit detector is on high. If you’re ready to dig in and get real, he’s your man.

Keith has always approached me from a solid grounding in his body, which helps land everything…right here. But it’s his own continued opening into the most vulnerable and raw places within his heart that has me so deeply trust him.
And it is all three together - wisdom, ground, heart - that has Keith being a man I turn to when I’m faced with the biggest challenges I have.

Currently, I offer coaching to a select few clients who meet the following criteria:
You are absolutely committed to getting results — especially when things get tough. Change isn’t easy and it takes practice, commitment, courage, and resolve to do so.
You have a proven track record of overcoming obstacles and working through blockages.
Creating sustainable, real change over the next 6 months is life and death to you.
You’re already accomplished in some area of your life and know how to work hard.
You understand that coaching is an investment that will pay back many times what you pay into it.
You are self-aware, driven, and determined.
If these are true and you stick with me, your life will not be the same in 6 months. It will be more fully your own.
